Tasha Bromfield, PT, COMT
Physical Therapist
Certified Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist
APTA Certified Clinical Instructor

Tasha graduated with a Bachelor of Allied Health Sciences with concentration in Microbiology from East Tennessee State University in 2002 and then went on to receive her Masters of Physical Therapy degree in 2005 also from East Tennessee State University.

Tasha joined the SUPT team in January of 2019 after being lured away from a major competitor in the Nashville area. Many of her patients have followed her to continue their personalized therapy under her guidance.

Tasha’s primary focus is manual orthopedic therapy to spine and extremities. Another major area of focus for Tasha is treating vestibular and balance issues. She received her manual therapy certification from Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars in 2009. She is also certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling and incorporates it into her treatments as needed.

As a physical therapist, Tasha’s primary goal is to use her knowledge and skill to help patients reach their goals. Whether those goals are to decrease pain, increase movement, increase function or simply to improve their overall quality of life, she uses a variety of skills and techniques, such as patient education, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, taping techniques and trigger point dry needling to reach those goals.

When not at the clinic, Tasha enjoys spending lots of quality time with her husband and son. She enjoys a variety of activities including working out on a regular basis, hiking, golf, gardening and traveling the world.  She and her family are serious Nashville Predators fans!
