Jen is a Nashville native who completed her undergraduate work at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Belmont University in 2011. She additionally received her Board Certification as an Orthopaedic Specialist in 2013. She has additional training as a pelvic floor specialist through the Herman and Wallace Institute as well as visceral mobilization training through the Barral Institute. In 2020, she completed her certification as a women's health coach through the Integrative Women's Health Institute. She is currently studying with the Professional Yoga Therapy Institute for Medical Therapeutic Yoga.
 
Jen's primary area of focus is pelvic health physical therapy, incorporating her tools as an orthopaedic manual therapist and specialized training in pelvic floor dysfunction. She treats both female and male patients for a wide variety of issues including pelvic pain, urinary and bowel dysfunction, and sexual dysfunction. Jen's passion is to empower her patients to improve their quality of lives by teaching them about their condition, using manual therapy to reduce their pain, and prescribing a home program so they can be more independent in managing and resolving their own symptoms. Jen has been treating the pelvic health patient population in Nashville since 2012.  Outside of the clinic, Jen enjoys spending time with her two small children, practicing yoga, cooking, gardening, and spending time outdoors.
